General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kvk8 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the kvk8 website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account and cancellation of any pending payments.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be eligible to use kvk8's services. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that using this service from your location is legally permitted.

Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kvk8 account username and password completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. Any transaction or activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own action.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment, kvk8 may conduct identity verification at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be considered inactive. In such a case, please contact support via live chat to reactivate the account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are supported for depositing funds to kvk8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Using the correct account number and reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before withdrawing, ensure that your account's KYC verification is complete and all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Processing may be delayed if a security check or additional documentation is required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kvk8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions made in foreign currencies.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kvk8 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate this bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

• The full wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• Some games may contribute at a different rate toward wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.3 VIP Program

kvk8's VIP program has three tiers. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback benefit (up to 0.3%). Silver members enjoy enhanced benefits (up to 0.7% weekly cashback). Gold members enjoy the highest level of benefits (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active and increasing your participation on the platform.

5.4 Promotion Misuse

Misuse of bonuses or promotions — such as bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated betting patterns — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be voided and the account will be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kvk8 platform:

• Creating more than one account under the same person's name
• Using another person's account or selling an account
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Unauthorized access to the platform's systems or hacking attempts
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account
• Strategic misuse of bonuses or promotions
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Reproducing platform content without authorization

If any of the above activities are detected, kvk8 may immediately and permanently close the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.

Betting and Gaming Policy

7.1 Fair Play Policy

Additional rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets must be placed within a specified time after the match begins. If a match is incomplete, it will be settled in accordance with the betting policy.

• Suspicion of money laundering
• Legal obligations

11.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Changes to Terms and Conditions
